You can be confident that the information you divulge to ZIS-online will not be accessible to people whom you have not authorized.

The ZIS service is open to everyone without the need to reveal his/her identity. Personal data is only collected when using the newsletter service. In order to receive our regular newsletter you will be asked to give your e-mail address.
The e-mail-addresses are stored on a German server. Only the administrators have access to the stored data.
Moreover, automatic storage of certain information takes place when accessing ZIS, as this data is needed to facilitate later identification of the user. This data is the usual type of information collected by nearly every server; in particular we record your IP-address, the time and reason for accessing, the links clicked on and the type of web-browser being used. Storage of personal identifiable information does not take place.
The user of a teleservice has, in accordance with § 4 III TDDSG, the right to cancel his or her membership at any time. This applies to the newsletter as well. This action will cancel your membership and delete your details from the system
